General safety guidelines

These apply to all Spider Gear Pro products. They supplement—do not replace—the product manual and local regulations.

• Use only if trained and competent for the task.
• Inspect before and after each use. Retire gear that shows wear, deformation, cracks, sharp edges, corrosion, heat or chemical damage.
• Respect rated loads and standards; never exceed limits or modify equipment.
• Maintain system compatibility (rope diameter, connectors, anchors). Avoid cross‑loading and three‑way loading.
• Keep clear of heat, chemicals, and abrasive edges; use edge protection where required.
• Schedule periodic inspections by a competent person and record traceability data.
• Store clean, dry, away from UV/chemicals; retire at end of service life per manual even if unused.
• Read the manual and certification sheet for each product before use.
